Synopsis:

Vietnam veteran Al Moon lives on his tribe reservation in Northern California. Escalating violence and environmental destruction revive his war fears and urge him to embark on a cross-country journey to confront his past and reconnect with the men from his battalion. On the way, chance encounters reveal a nation grappling with its own wounds and question the possibility of healing.
