Matthieu Darras, the French film critic, is going to be a jury member of the 11th Iran International Documentary Film Festival, Cinema Verite.

Darras is TorinoFilmLab's artistic director and has collaborated with various film talents initiatives such as Venice Production Bridge in recent years. He has been responsible for the Eastern European section of San Sebastian Film Festival in 2010 and has worked for Cannes Film Festival Week as a programmer of "Critics' Week". He has also been the artistic director of Bratislava Film Festival, Slovakia.
Matthieu Darras is the founder and director of NISI MASA, the European Young Cinema Network, which in the past decade has released the bulletin for many of the world's most prestigious film festivals such as Venice, Cannes, Berlin and more. He was the editor of this publication during the second year of Iran's Cinema Verite, 2008. Darras also has wrote for the French film magazine, Positif. This film critic has judged the selected films in Bombay and Cracow film festivals as the member of FIPRESCI, International Federation of Film Critics.
